This philosophy has been institutionalised at all levels in the Group through a strong set of corporate values and a written code of conduct that all employees, senior management are required to follow in the performance of their official duties and in other situations that could affect the ARMS Group’s image. Management and employees at all levels are expected to display ethical and transparent behaviour through their communication and role modeling.
